WAGR Syndrome
W — Wilms tumor: A childhood kidney cancer risk associated with loss of the WT1 gene.
A — Aniridia: Partial or complete absence of the iris (the colored part of the eye), often noticeable at birth.
G — Genitourinary abnormalities: Problems involving the kidneys, urinary tract, testes, ovaries, or reproductive organs.
R — Range of developmental delays: Developmental delays and intellectual disability of varying severity may occur.
